I've found that the API team is engaged, encouraging and dedicated to finding the right opportunities for me. Everyone is helpful and they work diligently to solve any issues. This is a temporary work agency, so alot of the questions don't apply.
Pay was barely more than minimum wage. Only had one full 40 hr work week during this last 6 week assignment. The assignments were great and pretty matched my skills, however, the hrly rates that their clients' are willing to pay are very low; especially for college grads.
Overall, the recruiters are awesome and try very hard to place you as soon as possible. Pros I am not a permanent employee of Accounting Principals, just a temp. Immature management, terrible culture, drama, drama, drama.
