DRIVETIME was the most exceptional car buying experience I've ever undertaken, and I wish every buyer in the world was treated to this level of customer service standard, respect, and fairness when purchasing or shopping the business market for an automobile Grant is amazing and the management team was a tremendous help and support in purchasing my vehicle, Grant faced a couple of hurdles in ensuring I drove away in the card I wanted, but he made it happen.

I appreciate his commitment to customer service. Not that the other employees were anything but incredibly friendly and helpful Marshall displays deep concern with helping me get a car to fit my budget AND.

That I love. I told all my friends looking for a car.. You'll drive away happy and confident Guaranteed! You were as always..

Enjoy reading our tips and recommendations. And I am happy I was paired with. John made the entire process seamless with his easygoing attitude. John was personable, friendly and very informative.

He listened to every concern and needs I was looking for in a trade in. I was given sound advice and help through the entire process. John made sure I understood each document I was signing and if I had any questions, he actively listened to them. John and Luis made a terrific team and I would do it all over again with that particular team. Late yesterday, I had a 5pm appointment, I had arrived about 30mins early.

I told her I was here early for an appointment I have at 5pm, she then excitedly told us to come in and she will get us started. The whole process from start to finish, then signing, was literally amazing. She literally verified all my information, she was quick, then told me the cars I could choose from and was super patient as I was making my decision.

Absolutely best experience hands down. If I could rate more stars I certainly would without a doubt. A good place to go for people who have decent verifiable income, but are hindered by sub-prime credit ratings. However, as long as you have good income, they will get you into a decent vehicle.

An added benefit is the fact that they do full credit reporting to all 3 agency's every month. He worked with me very well over the phone and email to save me from wasting an hour's drive just to be told no..

He even had the thought to have a co worker call to check in with me on his day off.. I have very challenging credit to work with due to a very nasty and bitter divorce and Brian made it happen despite me not thinking he would be able to And then he made a follow up call the day after my purchase to see if I had any questions about the car or transaction SUCH a great guy.. And best of all..

He didn't use car salesman me Called bridgecrest to get the situation resolved. They said "I" needed to go find a mechanic in their network using their list on the website. After doing a great deal of calling around to find a repair facility in their network, I finally found a shop.

After taking the car to the shop waiting weeks for the adjuster to come look at the car so that they can start work I come to find that they can't do the work because that shop doesn't accept outside parts for transmission work.

Then I had to wait for bridgecrest to send payment for the diagnostic this whole process took about a month. Meanwhile I was having to use rental cars and would supposedly be reimbursed.

So bridgecrest sent me back to calling and none of the places would take outside parts. I went back to bridgecrest saying,no one would take outside parts what do I do? They looked back in their database and said one of the places I already called and was told that they couldn't do it is the only one in the network that should.

After calling them back and talking to a few of the guys there they realized that they do take bridgecrest parts and apparently they send the whole transmission.

Honestly, I didn't care what they sent as long as they fixed the thing. By point it has been about a month and a half and my car was still sitting at the first shop. Called bridgecrest again to say I found the place and that they would do the work. Thankfully the the woman with customer service at bridgecrest was able to get my car towed to the next shop for the inconvenience instead of me having to take it there myself as originally planned although it seems like something they should have done given the situation off the bat.

By now it's a little over a month and a half and finally get it to the shop that's going to do the work. Meanwhile I'm still without a car and I have no more money to spend on rentals because I was still waiting on the reimbursement from the first set of rentals which I never got fully reimbursed. Would have been more than that but I bit the bullet and started walking to work to save the money until I got transferred to a further out location.

After explaining the situation to the woman on the phone she was amazed that it got this bad and she was able to direct reserve me a car and had it paid for. I'm thinking why didn't they do this from the beginning would have saved me a great deal of walking and money but I was just thankful to not have to do all this walking, ubering, rentals and ride bumbing. Also keep in mind the entirety of the time Bridgecrest wants their payments on time.

Now we start the whole process again with the second shop. After more mess I pick up the car. Don't know which shop it happened at but I was missing lug nuts, had a sensors and all other issues that come from a car sitting. The shop refused to do a test drive on the car afterwards because they said the tire was bald and it wasn't safe for them. After that whole ordeal I've had an ABS light on check engine light and all sorts of other manner problems out of this stupid car.

Reached out to bridgecrest hoping they could help with refinancing the car so that I could afford to get another car that functions and still pay off my clunker but Bridgecrest offered nothing. Call bridgecrest and spoke with them and contact the drive time via email and after telling them what happened drive time gave me a long excuse for how they're not liable that's probably still sitting on their Facebook now amongst many many other dissatisfied customers. Drivetime in bridgecrest completely ignored the fact that their negligence led the car falling into the state of disrepair in now.

Now that covid has calmed down things are opening up I can finally get counseling for legal action. I dealt with Bagy over the phone. He was great. I stopped by spur of the moment on the weekend so he wasn't there.

The other gentleman that helped out was very courteous and helpful and not at all pushy. They allowed me to take the car out for a drive and even sent me directions of a suggested route to my phone since I was not from the area nice touch. I would definitely recommend Bagy or this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used auto. Very helpful and quick service. My best drive time experience.

Called to get some kind of advice or see how they could fix the situation in their selling me a crappy vehicle but instead I was met with attitude and not an ounce of care.

It is aggravating. They made their money so what do they care right?! Referred me to Silver Rock. That in itself is a hassle. Never ever do business with DriveTime. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Even though the first vehicle I was going to get had problems within the first day of getting it, they were more than helpful and got me in another car with the same down payment. They were also understanding to your needs and try to put you in a vehicle that better fits your needs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car or first time buyers.

Everything was just as they said it was. Both offices coordinated everything. All I had to do was paperwork and get my car. I will definitely purchase my 16 year old's car from here too!! They sold me a car that had a rolled back odometer and did not tell me about it.

This company is very shady in everything that they do. They also told me my payment but it was double the payment when I was sent a payment book.

Be aware of Drive Time. I would never buy from thing and definitely would not recommend them. Purchased a for escape eco post one month ago. Do not trust the inspections done on these vehicles prior to purchasing. I trusted the sales man word before I had a another opinion. I was to trusting and now am awaiting if prior car issues are covered by the warranty. Manager at drive time could care less and immediately transferred my call to silverstone.

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from here unless you have an established mechanic that can give you a second opinion.
