Fred, a long-time Tacoma resident, is an attorney with law offices in Tacoma and Seattle. Air Force retiree who served in Vietnam, Korea and other Asian nations. Fred is a former two-term member of the Tacoma Community College board of trustees and a past national board member of the American Association of Community College Trustees, based in Washington, D.

The Wi-Fi HotSpot lending program helped address the digital equity gap in Seattle, equipping individuals, families and communities with one of the most important learning resources of our time — access to the internet.

The elimination of overdue fines enabled 51, patrons to return to the Library to check out materials again. We are proud of how staff, leadership, and community partners have pulled together to transform Library services in an exceptionally challenging time.
