It is But it is dusty, rusty in spots and dirty. I mounted the Tires back on, but brakes, derailer etc still need reassembling and TLC.

It has the original Red-line Nobby Slick and little tire up front. The tires are not in great shape and new ones should be put on. Wheels also have rust in spots. The shifter console is missing the little plastic rectangle insert that displays the gears on it. Overall the bike is for the most part complete, in original condition and was riding well before it was outgrown and put away by his parents.

The bike is a decent candidate for refurbishing clean up But an Depending on the taste and expectation of the new owner, he may want to keep it original, or restore it. The chrome looks like it will clean up well, but it does show some dots and surface rust in places.
