It wasn't kept in house. It wasn't enough focus on client well being. It was a great place if you needed a job. It was a very enjoyable job and the staff and clients were amazing. All worked together well and respected each other. It was a pleasant environment. Pros free meals. Cons lack of proper structure and guidelines. It is a faith based place to work. Staff are caring and considerate most come with a past and at the UGM they are given a second chance to move forward.

Im grateful for the opportunity to be able to work with the people that i work with. Pros friendly. Cons no cons. Ok I'm an unpaid vollunteer at U. It's nice to see the homeless cooperating I have been out of the paid work-force for over 17 years, and U. I'm proud of what they are doing.

Some of those homeless people have no one who cares whether they live, or die. Pros free hot meals, a year's worth dose of humility, and gratitude for life and the quality of life one has. Cons You have to face pain, suffering, and bad choices in the face and move on knowing nothing might ever be done to relenquish, or end ithe viscouse cycle.
